The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were all hand-picked from the shady hillside of Bavarian Lion Vineyards. The loam soil and shade provides for more vigorous fruit flavors known to Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Tasting Notes

This wine is tropical and spicy, with an underlying grassy note. In the mouth it is balanced and soft, with a crisp, elegant finish.
