It opens with an attractive black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, very smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a blend of blueberry and black cherry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are nicely prolonged. Pair this attractive red with grilled barbecue short ribs and enjoy.
